Minimum Rental Period
The minimum car rental period is one day.
Required Documents
The renter must have a valid driver’s license and a valid identity card or a valid passport.
Payment and Deposit
The set rental fee is paid at the beginning of the rental period when picking up the car. Payment for the car rental can be made in cash or by bank transfer. The deposit amount is 200-500 EUR, depending on the car class. The deposit amount corresponds to the renter’s liability in case of car accident, theft, or actions of third parties. If the car is returned in good condition as specified in the rental agreement, the reserved deposit amount is refunded. If the car is reserved for more than 7 days, a reservation deposit is required.
Driver Requirements
The rented car may only be driven by a person at least 20 years old, holding a valid driver’s license meeting international requirements, with at least 2 years of driving experience. The renter in whose name the car is rented is the primary driver, payer, and responsible person for the car.
Car Insurance
All cars are insured with KASKO and motor vehicle liability insurance. The driver and passengers are also insured. If the car keys or documents are lost, a 300 EUR fine applies. Car documents and keys are not insured. In case of car theft, the renter must return the rented car’s keys and documents.
Territory and Mileage
Without a separate agreement, the rented car may only be driven within the territory of Lithuania. Mileage within Lithuania is unlimited.
Technical Assistance
Free roadside technical assistance is provided 24/7 for the cars.
Fuel
Cars are rented out with a full fuel tank. If the car is returned with less than a full tank, the renter pays 2 EUR per missing liter of fuel.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In case of unforeseen circumstances, UAB Aurentus reserves the right to cancel the car reservation (due to technical issues or accident), informing the client in advance by phone or email.
